Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Free cancellation:

Up to 72 hours before check-in.

 

50% fee:

For cancellations within 24 hours.

 

No refund:

For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.

 

The standard cancellation/amendment policy does not apply during festive periods or long weekends (e.g., Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, August 15th).

A 100% retention fee will be charged. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% cost.
